Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased through The Finding Store that meet the following conditions:

1. The return or exchange is initiated within 14 days of the original delivery date.
2. The items are returned by mail (we are unable to process online returns or exchanges at events or in person).
3. The items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition: all sealed products must remain sealed, and all clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
